RecCloud Voice Clone Service Agreement

I. Commitment

You promise and confirm that the audio content you upload and provide while using this feature is either owned by you or you have obtained lawful authorization, and there is no infringement upon the legal rights of any third party. When necessary, we reserve the right to request you to provide relevant written materials to prove the legality of the audio content you uploaded, depending on the situation.

II. Voice Clone Usage Norms

1. You should ensure that the content you upload is legal and compliant, and does not infringe upon any third party’s legal rights. You will bear the corresponding legal responsibility if any third party’s rights are damaged due to your improper behavior. If this causes any loss to us, you will be responsible for compensating us.
2. You must not use the services provided by this feature to engage in behaviors that violate the laws and regulations, interfere with the normal operation of RecCloud, infringe on the legal rights of other users, or any other third party’s legal rights.

III. Personal Information Protection

1. You acknowledge and agree that when you use this function, RecCloud may process some vocal characteristics in the material content you provide, and perform technical processing such as content production based on these vocal characteristics. We will strictly handle your information according to the security encryption measures outlined in the “RecCloud Service Agreement” and the “RecCloud Privacy Policy” when collecting and processing the vocal characteristics of your material content.
2. After you use this function to generate a cloned voice, you can manage the related tones on the voice clone page of RecCloud.

IV. Limitation of Liability

1. The voice clone of RecCloud is automatically completed by AI and is influenced by various factors. We cannot guarantee that the cloned tone will be consistent with the tone of the audio materials you uploaded, and results that do not match your expectations may occur, which does not constitute a breach of contract.
2. If you violate the requirements of this agreement and suffer any third-party claims or regulatory penalties, you shall bear all responsibilities.

V. Miscellaneous

This agreement is an annex to the “RecCloud Service Agreement” and the “RecCloud Privacy Policy” with equal legal effect. The content not mentioned in this agreement will be in accordance with the “RecCloud Service Agreement” and the “RecCloud Privacy Policy.”
