and support in RecCloud. We have always strived to provide you with the best quality service and take
responsibility for your satisfaction. However, we understand that in certain circumstances, you may need a refund.
Here, we hope to provide a clear refund policy to help you better understand and operate when needed.
Refund Policy:
- According to the usage time of VIP members, RecCloud will conduct reasonable calculations on the fees.
- The actual price of the VIP package is based on the order amount at the time of placing the order.
- Billing cycle: Monthly members are calculated based on 31 days, and annual members are based on 365 days.

RecCloud provides 7 days money-back guarantee for yearly VIP/6-year VIP/credit purchase, and 3 days money-back
guarantee for monthly VIP. The refund policy details are as follows:

- Monthly VIP: We will refund the remaining credits at $0.021/credit within 3 days from the date of purchase.

- Annual/6-Year VIP: We will refund the remaining credits at $0.021/credit within 7 days from the date of
purchase.

- Credit Purchase: We will refund the remaining credits in your account based on the unit price of the
purchased credits within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds requested after 7 days of purchase require a reasonable justification, please contact our customer
service to process the refund. Acceptable reasons include:

- Compatibility issues between our app and the customer’s hardware, which cannot be resolved by our technical
department.

- Other major technical problems that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.

- Incorrect purchases and requests for replacement with other products from our product list.

- Repetitive purchases due to platform errors.

- The product does not function as described on the product page or advertisements.

- Even after contacting our support center, the account cannot be activated.
- Before processing the refund, please cancel your account first, and then we will complete the refund operation
for you.
In addition, we need to specifically state that we will not be able to process refunds for the extra credits that
were given to members at the time of purchase. We hope for your understanding and attention to this matter. Please
