Earning Credits

By purchasing an annual or weekly RecCloud membership, you'll receive credits based on the membership type. Check the "RecCloud Pricing Plans" section for details.

If you need additional credits after becoming a member, you can buy more through the "Upgrade Credits" option.

Your credits balance updates in real-time upon purchase and can be checked in your account on the RecCloud website.

Using Credits

Credits are deducted based on the features you use and the credit consumption rules.

For detailed information, refer to the "Credits Deduction Rules" in the membership benefits section.Examples include:

● AI Subtitles/Speech-to-Text: Free for the first minute, then 1 credit per minute. Files shorter than a minute still cost 1 credit.

● Text-to-Speech: Free for the first 200 characters, then 1 credit per 500 characters. Texts shorter than 500 characters still cost 1 credit.

● VIP users can download files up to 100MB for free. Exceeding 100MB or downloading files as a non-VIP user costs 6 credits per GB.

After completing a task, the system automatically deducts the appropriate number of credits from your account.

This flexible credit system allows you to top up as needed, enjoy personalized services, and unlock advanced features.
