Credits unlock all the AI features of RecCloud, such as AI subtitles and AI Speech to Text, and can be used for downloading files. The number of credits deducted depends on the features you use and the standard of credit consumption. For example, using the AI subtitle feature deducts 1 credit per minute.

This depends on your needs. If you need more cloud storage or have to process large audio/video files, we recommend a "Membership Subscription". If you frequently use AI features or want to try a specific AI feature, then "Credit Subscription" would be a better choice.

We gift credits as a thank you for subscribing to a membership. These can be used freely within the membership period to experience our features. The credits you purchase are a permanent benefit, providing you with longer-term and more flexible services.

After subscribing to RecCloud, your VIP (Membership Subscription) account can be used with Screen Recorder and LightEditor software to unlock all corresponding VIP features.

After making a purchase, you can directly obtain an electronic invoice from the payment platform.
